The Unstoppable Bridge Escape

In this video I show a very simple counter to a counter.

It's common when you try your bridge escape that

your opponent will either shift their hips and make their hip heavy or

bring their leg up to the side you are bridging to counter.

Instead of switching to a different escape,

you can immediately trap their arm and

bridge to the other side because they are so committed to defending one side that the other side is compromised.

The key is knowing where the arm will be and trapping and bridging immediately before they reset.
