How to adapt your Jiu-Jitsu to ANY situation
In today's video, we look at a situation where a shorter student, with a stockier build, is asking me a question about how to work the closed guard.
Eventually, we'll expand on this idea.
We'll answer questions like "what if you have an injury or have recently had a surgery?"
And you'll see me walk though a scenario like this for one of my students who battles arthritis.
But for today, I want to keep it super simple so you just start to let this idea sink in, of how to adapt.
Because there's something fundamental here that's so important for everyone to understand in terms of strategy.
And this is the difference between struggling for years or experiencing the magic power of Jiu-Jitsu when it feels effortless.
Once you really start to play with this concept, it will open your eyes to a whole new world of possibilities for you.
Remember, you've got five more exclusive, VIP preview videos coming, so stay tuned because one of them reveals a HUGE piece of the infamous Matt Jones footlock.
In my opinion, this is THE best way to perform the footlock I've ever seen.
NOBODY teaches the footlock as well as Matt Jones, and the evidence is in his competition students who are literally snapping people's shins who are too proud to tap!
